"I have wanted to write to say comment on your service dept. Without name dropping, all 3 of the guys in service went out of their way to help me. In the summer of 2009, I was on a trip with 10 plus other bikes. I picked up some metal wire in my Kawasaki 1200 voyager rear tire causing air loss. I called 1st and had to drive 40 miles out of my way to get to your place (I had to stop 4 times for air. Scary, Even though you asked if you could come down the road to help) The service dept was literally waiting at the door for my arrival. I purchased a new tire, had it installed and was back on my way to catch up with the other riders in less then 1 hour! Talk about service and understanding the needs of others! Best part yet is that I do not think I could not have gotten the tire or labor service costs any cheaper! Bottom line Great Service Great People Great Price "
