"I just wanted to thank all who have helped me here. Randy and Rod at Ward Ave for obsolete(old) Suzuki parts. Also, I got that old 550 Kawasaki standup jetski going with the used Goki starter you sold me. (New Store) Andrew Berry who helped me look for a cruiser bike for a friend, that was probably just "dreaming", Jon McKenzie for all the parts help many times, and Rod Hall who helped me find the MX bike I wanted even though the dealership didn't have it. As I've said before, they are my favorite "Honda" dealership. If you need anyone to help break in the equipment, call me.

"I purchased my 2004.5 Sportsman 500 from you new. On Feb. 10 I brought it in because the fan was not turning on and it would overheat. The service person told me the head gasket was bad and gave me an estimate of $516.00 to $677.00 to fix it. I paid the $57.00 bill that I owed for having it looked at and took it to another repair shop for a second opinion. After checking my ATV out for about a half hour, he said the head gasket was okay and he thought the ECM was bad. He said it was a common problem in that year. He replaced the ECM and everything works great, the fan cycles like it should. His whole bill was $203.00. If I would have had you replace the head gasket and the fan still did not work, buy the time the mechanic found the real problem I would probably had $1000.00 tied up in a simple repair. We are thinking of a new fuel injected ATV to take to Colorado this fall, but needless to say we will be buying it somewhere else. Bringing my ATV to you was a waste of money."

"I have wanted to write to say comment on your service dept. Without name dropping, all 3 of the guys in service went out of their way to help me.
In the summer of 2009, I was on a trip with 10 plus other bikes. I picked up some metal wire in my Kawasaki 1200 voyager rear tire causing air loss. I called 1st and had to drive 40 miles out of my way to get to your place (I had to stop 4 times for air. Scary, Even though you asked if you could come down the road to help)
The service dept was literally waiting at the door for my arrival. I purchased a new tire, had it installed and was back on my way to catch up with the other riders in less then 1 hour! Talk about service and understanding the needs of others! Best part yet is that I do not think I could not have gotten the tire or labor service costs any cheaper!
Bottom line Great Service Great People Great Price
